Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Unit
Ensure the air conditioning unit is securely packed in its original box with all manuals, remote controls, and mounting hardware included.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the crate or box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
